2. Products

We take every care to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. As many of our products contain natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, appearance or flavour may occur and do not constitute a fault.

All weights shown are approximate net weights.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).

Where applicable, VAT will be applied in accordance with UK legislation.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.

We accept payment using the methods displayed during checkout.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Ownership of goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us.

7. Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers may have the right to cancel certain purchases.

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened food items unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied in error.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Allergens

Our products may contain or have been packed in facilities handling allergens.

Please refer to individual product packaging for the latest ingredient and allergen information before consumption.

Customers with food allergies are responsible for checking product information before purchasing or consuming our products.

9. Product Storage

To maintain product quality, tea should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, photographs, graphics and text, remains the property of Chai There unless otherwise stated.

No material may be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the goods purchased.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

12. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale pricing, minimum order values, delivery charges and payment terms are available upon request or as agreed separately.

Unless otherwise agreed, wholesale orders are supplied subject to these Terms & Conditions together with any additional trade terms issued by Chai There.

13. Website Availability

Whilst we aim to ensure this website remains available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw the website without notice.
